Four Constraints. One Sale System.

The Challenge

On paper a token sale is three steps: connect a wallet, send funds, receive tokens. That works fine for a project that does not care who is buying. YAGC did care. Its token was positioned around real-world asset backing and its onboarding required identity verification, and the moment verification enters the picture a token sale stops being a contract interaction and becomes an operational process. Four constraints came out of that.

01

Verification had to gate the sale, not sit beside it

An unverified account could not be allowed to behave like an approved investor.

02

Sale rules had to be system behaviour

Stages, caps and purchase limits needed enforcing automatically rather than checked against a spreadsheet afterward.

03

One purchase existed in several systems at once

A single contribution carries a user record, KYC status, wallet address, payment, sale stage, token quantity, allocation status and transaction hash, and those had to stay synchronised.

04

Two users needed opposite levels of detail

Investors wanted to know whether their purchase worked. Administrators needed to know everything about it. Both answers had to come from the same activity.

Four Pillars. One Traceable Sale

How We Built the YAGC ICO Platform

Token Contract and Sale Contract Kept Separate

The BEP-20 contract governs the token, the ICO purchase contracts govern how it is bought, so stages, limits and pricing can change across a campaign without touching the asset everyone is buying.

Verification Built Into the Permission Model

The platform maintains a live connection between user record, verification status, associated wallet and purchase permissions, so eligibility is evaluated in the transaction path rather than confirmed once and forgotten.

Sale Rules Turned Into Executable Controls

Administrators configure stages, caps and limits, and the system evaluates every attempted purchase against the active parameters before allocation, so fundraising rules stop depending on somebody noticing a problem.

One Purchase, Reconciled End to End

Every contribution ties investor, verification status, wallet, amount, sale stage, allocation and blockchain transaction into one traceable chain, turning a visible transfer into something the finance team can work with.

Every Layer Covered. Nothing Left to Reconcile.

The Platform We Delivered

BEP-20 Token Infrastructure

Development and deployment of YAGC on BNB Smart Chain, with public BSC testnet records showing mint, transfer and approval activity through the 2025 development period.

ICO Purchase Contracts

The sale-side logic converting contributions into token allocation, kept distinct from the token contract so sale configuration could change without contract-level risk.

KYC-Gated Investor Onboarding

Identity verification integrated into the entry path, with approval status controlling whether an account can reach the sale at all.

Wallet Association and Activity Checks

Investor accounts mapped to blockchain addresses, letting administrators read on-chain behaviour against a known investor record instead of an anonymous hex string.

Investor Dashboard

Verification status, token purchasing, purchase history and transaction visibility in one place, translating blockchain state into amount contributed, tokens purchased and status.

Administrative Console

Sale stages, caps, purchase limits, verified investors, contributions, allocation flow and wallet activity managed from one console, turning the ICO into something the team could run rather than observe on BscScan.

Why the System Holds Up.

The Strategic Framework

01

Blockchain as the Traceability Layer, Not the Product

The chain is the settlement and evidence layer, the dashboard is the interpretation layer, and the admin console is the control layer, each doing one job well.

02

Verification as Architecture Rather Than Paperwork

Placing eligibility inside the permission model means the rule holds throughout the sale, not just at signup.

03

Two Views of the Same Transaction

Both the investor view and the administrator view are built from the same records, so the two sides never disagree.

04

Built to Be Reconstructed Later

An ICO generates questions long after it closes, so records were structured for any purchase to be traced end to end months later without reassembling it from four systems.

About YAGC

YAGC, or Ya Group Coin, is a BNB Smart Chain token positioned by the project around real-world asset backing and utility across a broader financial and commercial ecosystem, with real estate, commodities and intellectual property identified as backing asset categories. Its stated goal is to connect conventional financial activity with blockchain-based payments, tokenized assets, trading and staking. The token sale runs through a dedicated investor application at client.yagc.io.

Project Impact

YAGC received more than a token contract. It received an operating environment for a controlled BEP-20 sale, where investors move from verification through wallet connection, purchase and allocation in one journey while administrators hold a consolidated view of stages, contributions, limits and wallet behaviour. Because identity, contribution, allocation and transaction were connected as the purchase happened, the team never faced the usual post-campaign exercise of matching KYC records against payment logs against wallet activity. By September 2025 the platform had moved past development into investor-facing use, with YaMarkets publicly promoting a YAGC presale and directing participants through the portal.

Client Testimonial

"We knew from the start that our sale could not work like an open token launch. The asset backing and the verification requirement meant we had to know exactly who was participating, and a token contract on its own was never going to give us that.

The team built the layer we were actually missing. Verification decides what an account can do rather than sitting in front of it as a formality, sale stages and limits are enforced by the platform instead of by us checking manually, and every purchase ties back to an investor, a wallet and a transaction we can pull up at any time.

The difference showed once the sale was live. We were running the campaign from the admin panel rather than trying to interpret what was happening from a block explorer."
